The winning job for this month was laid by Paramount Paving - their third win for 2010!

The patio was installed in Woodford green, Essex, where the customer's existing patio was rather small with uneven paving slabs. As the garden was large, mainly consisting of lawn with a few paths and a pond, the team had the ability to design something new.

The customer required a larger patio with new paths ways and pond, in order to include a new lawn area for entertaining. Due to the ground levels, retaining walls and steps were also required. The Paramount Paving team provided the customer with a design in the form of a scaled drawing, with options for different materials.

Total works carried out included the new patio, pathways, walling, a pond and lawn.

The customer chose Marshalls Fairstone Sawn paving (Indian Sandstone) with Fairstone walling.

The design offered by Paramount Paving and chosen by the customer is shown in the completed photos. Both the customer and the team were very happy with the end result.
