The winning job for December 2010 belongs to DBD Paving.

This lovely driveway was carried out in Radlett, Herfordshire, and took 7 days to complete - from start to finish.

The installation for the customer was for 122 square metres of Marshall's Argent Paving Blocks, to include a light perimeter border.  The client requested that the original entrance be widened so as to gain easier access to the main drive.  Therefore, it was necessary to demolish the existing front wall and to construct and build a new retaining wall, to include two steel reinforced piers ready for the installation of electronic gates.

Particular attention was paid to the construction of two new large soak aways due to the steepness of the drive, as the falls were towards the property. This was also necessary so as to comply with all the new regulations.
